The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as well as the Government of Karnataka and its courses have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). It is also accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "A++" Grade. The college is affiliated to Bangalore University and its campus is spread over 4 acres of land. The college has its campus in three major cities- Chennai, Kochi and Bangalore.
