Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai was established in the year 1981 and is managed by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal (SVPKM). The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as well as the Government of Maharashtra. The college received NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation with 3.59 CGPA and its courses have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is also internationally accredited by Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) and has been classified as a ‘Category 1' university by MHRD, Govt. of India. The college is affiliated to NMIMS Deemed-to-be University and its campus is spread over a humongous 179 acres of land.

When compared to the previous year, the top wage package climbed by 66.04%, while the average income of MBA Core students increased by 25.04%. Core MBA salaries ranged from INR 57.4 LPA to INR 23.07 LPA, while MBA HR salaries ranged from INR 24 LPA to INR 17 LPA.
