About RVITM

R.V. Institute of Technology and Management is the second campus of RV College of Engineering, although placement for both campuses will be centralised. The new engineering college was created in 2017 by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST), which has extensive expertise administering 26 educational institutions for over 75 years. R.V. Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore, founded in 2017 has consistently been praised for its coaching, facilities, faculty, and placements. The institution places a high emphasis on research and creativity, and it encourages students to participate in a variety of initiatives and contests. It also has partnerships with various leading companies, which provide students with internship and employment possibilities.

The institute offers four undergraduate programs in the discipline of Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other common departments such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. According to Placements 2022 figures, the total number of companies that have visited the RCVE campus for the UG programme is 281. This year, around 1415 recruiting offers have been made. The greatest package available was INR 60 LPA, and the average package available was INR 8 LPA. The placements are centralized and held in with RV College of Engineering, which is the primary campus.

Faculty: The faculty members have extensive academic expertise as scientists, industry experts, and researchers from a variety of disciplines and reputable institutions and organisations. Faculty members have completed research projects and have published their findings. The majority of faculty members have a Ph. D., while some are working towards one.

Academic and Physical Infrastructure: They have included a variety of ICT technologies into our teaching methods to assist students with their daily academics and to prepare them for successful jobs. All of our classrooms include smart boards, built-in computers, and high-speed internet access. Our lecturers record and live stream all lectures so that students can see them as many times as they like during the learning process. The college has a state-of-the-art Physics Laboratory, fully equipped Chemistry Laboratory, best-in-class Electronics Laboratory, world-class Computer Centre, one-of-a-kind Library and Knowledge Center, Computer-aided Engineering Drawing (CAED) lab, Programming lab and state-of-the-art sports facilities on campus for students to practice their favourite sport and stay physically fit. The college also has Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls.

Clubs and Committees: The college has several clubs like Robotics Club, Science Club, Coding Club, Adventure Activities Club, Cultural Club, Kannada Sangha, RUDRA etc and committees like Anti-Ragging committee, Internship Committee, Planning and Development Committee and many others, making it a vibrant place to study and ensures interaction between students and faculty alike.
