The institute is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC), and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka. It has received NAAC accreditation ‘A’ grade and its courses has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is affiliated to M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences and the university has a campus which is sprawled over an enormous 50 acres of land.
