About KIMS

Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) is one of the excellent medical colleges in Bangalore, established by Vokkaligara Sangha in 1980. Since its foundation 16th March every year is celebrated as KIMS day. This college helps in developing various skills in its students like personal integrity, sense of responsibility and most importantly decision making.

Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) is been recognized by the General Medical Council, UK, World Health Organization (WHO), and the Royal College of Gynecologists, London. KIMS offers multiple Undergraduate and Post graduate programs in ample of fields like general medicine, pathology, anatomy, biochemistry etc. All these courses are been recognized by the government of India. KIMS stands on 24th position by THE MINT; The Wall Street Journal.
