It is approved by National Medical Council (NMC) and is affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. The college is been managed by the Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Groups. The campus is sprawled over 30.76 acres of land on NH-45 (GST Road) at Maduranthagam.
