It is a part of the renowned BGS Group of Institutions and Hospitals.  The institute is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and recognised by Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC) as well as the Government of Karnataka, also the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and the university has a campus that spreads over 2 acres of land.

About GCN

Global College of Nursing is run by the National Education Foundation Trust, which was founded with the objective of providing world-class nursing education. The Trust was founded in 2000 with the goal of providing quality education to all segments of society. The nursing school is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is recognised by the Karnataka Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council.
