The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as well as the Government of Karnataka. The college is accredited by The Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), United States and is an academic affiliate of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, (IET) UK. The college is permanently affiliated to Alliance University, which is NAAC ‘A+’ accredited and its campus is spread over 55 acres of land.

Alliance College of Engineering and Design, established in 2010, is an affiliate college of Alliance University Bangalore. Scholarships

Scholarships are subjected to the central/state government and college rules Scholarships with up to 100% tuition fee waiver are offered to students across all programs. Merit scholarships based on National Entrance Exam Scores and Academic Results are announced by the Alliance Scholarship Committee. Scholarships worth Rs. 6 Crores available for meritorious students.
