The college received NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation and its courses have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Sri Sai Vidya Vikas Shikshana Samithi founded the Sai Vidya Institute of Technology (SVIT) in 2008. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has authorised the institution, and the Karnataka government has recognised it. The Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Karnataka, is connected with the Sai Vidya Institute of Technology, Yelahanka.
