About LPU

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is a Private University situated on the outskirts of Jalandhar, Punjab. It was founded in 2005 by the Lovely International Trust, under the Punjab State Private University Act. With over 30,000 students and over 4000 faculty and staff, it is India's biggest single-campus university, providing 300+ programmes throughout its 20 Schools. LPU has been recognized by various bodies, including the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Council of Architecture (COA), and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). It has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A+' grade.
