College2U collects information you provide when booking a consultation (name, phone, email, rank, stream) and anonymous usage data (IP hash, search queries). We do not collect sensitive financial data or Aadhaar/PAN numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Consultation data is used solely to schedule and conduct your counselling session. Search queries (anonymised) are used to improve our rank explorer and ARIA AI assistant. We never sell or rent your data to colleges or third parties.

3. Zero Commission Policy

College2U is not paid referral commissions by any institution. We do not share your contact information with colleges without your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

Consultation records are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected] or using our data erasure request form.

5. DPDP Act Compliance

College2U complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Contact: [email protected]
