Post Graduate Studies has been permitted by the Dental Council of India in the year 2001 in all the specialties of Dentistry.

Vokkaligara Sangha Dental College and Hospital is one of the top dental colleges in India both for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Vokkaligara Sangha dental college and hospital is also known as V S Dental College & Hospital (VSDC & H). The Institution started its first batch with 52 students and now has a current intake of 100 students for BDS admissions. The MDS courses started in the year 2001-02 with an intake of 39 seats. The Institution even offers Ph.D. programs in the subject of Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery and Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics.
Apart from the academics, the college campus is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The clinics and laboratories in the college are well equipped with state of the art equipments. Training in medical subjects is imparted at VSDC Campus, with good inflow of patients (300 - 500 patients). Along with the facilities at clinic and laboratories, the state of the art library is also one of the attractive facilities with diverse textbooks and journals.
