SIES School of Business Studies (SEISSBS), Mumbai was established in the year 1995 and is managed by South India Education Society (SIES). The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as well as the Government of Maharashtra. The college received NAAC ‘’ Grade accreditation and its courses have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The institution is also internationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The college was officially granted autonomous status and its campus is spread over 3 acres of land.
