RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru was established in the year 1963 and is managed by the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi. The institute is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC), and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka. It has received NAAC accreditation ‘B+’ grade and its courses have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and its campus is sprawled over an area of 16.25 acres of land.

RV College of Engineering (RVCE) is an autonomous, well-reputed, and accredited private engineering college in Bangalore. R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, founded in 1963 by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samith Trust, has consistently been listed among the best Engineering institutions in India for its coaching, facilities, faculty, and placements. RCVE provides 12 specialties in UG Engineering programmes, 16 specialisations in Master's Degree programmes, and Doctoral studies.
